Ohio Public Utilities Commission

Our consulting firm is not a public utility provider, and as such, would not be subject to mediation in the event that a dispute with a utility company requires action from PUCO. The Ohio Public Utilities Commission is charged with, among other duties, resolving problems and service issues involving residential or commercial utility customers and a provider of regulated services. These areas of responsibility include gas, electric, transportation and telephone service providers. Natural gas brokers like Aspen Energy are responsible for the supply of a resource; the utility provider is still responsible for providing service.
